Pet Policy

We welcome your furry family member! Cats, dogs, and fish are allowed with a few restrictions:

• Two cats or one dog are allowed per Home.

• Dogs must weigh 30 pounds or less.

• There is a one-time nonrefundable pet fee of $500 per pet.

• Pet rent is $50 a month per cat and $100 a month per dog

• Only one aquarium of up to 2 gallons in volume is permitted. Fish are exempt from the pet fee and pet rent.

• Certain pets are restricted.
  Restricted dog breeds include: Rottweilers, Doberman Pinschers, German Shepherds, Pitbulls, Staffordshire Terriers, or crosses/mixes with these breeds. No rabbits or ferrets, reptiles, insects, chickens, or exotic animals of any kind are allowed.
